EtiDhi is a combination of two Sanskrit words which broadly means “Approach to Wisdom”. We chose this name as it embodied our philosophy of doing business.

We believe people and talent are at the heart of any organization and if you care for them wisely, be it employees, stakeholders or clients, you start to become more productive, fruitful and profitable.

Ravi Gopal

Ravi is former fighter pilot, Oxford MBA and BPO veteran with over 25 years of experience in IT/ ITES. He has managed large P&L organizations at Capgemini, Xchanging, Dell, Wipro and Convergys. Ravi’s last assignment was at Capgemini as Insurance Global Delivery Head for BPO leading 1500 FTEs across 8 locations globally.

Gayatri Bhandwalkar

Gayatri is a BPO and Analytics industry veteran who took off for a few years to pursue her passion for Art and is now back fully recharged to lead operations at EtiDhi. A stickler for detail with a common sense approach to getting things done, Gayatri believes in delivering on our promises to clients and stakeholders. Gayatri has an MBA in Operations Management specializing in the Services industry from the Massey University, Auckland.

Col Prasanna Kumar

Col Prasanna Kumar, an Army Veteran, IIM Bangalore and NDA alumnus, has over 28 years of experience in leadership roles spanning Logistics, Administration, Organization Building and Leadership & Behavioural Skills Training. A motivational speaker and facilitator, he uses experiential learning tools to enhance the learning experience. His signature program ‘Women Leaders of Tomorrow’ is a unique offering to encourage more women leaders reach top positions.

Soumi Gouri

Soumi is a seasoned marketing leader with experience in building brands and creating customer value across geographies, creative writing and Content Management Systems (CMS). He is a strong media and communications professional with a Master’s degree in Marketing.

Anjan Mahapatra

Anjan, an army officer who served with IPKF in Sri Lanka in 1989-90, has been a serial entrepreneur for over 18 years now and is an alumnus of the inaugural batch of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is passionate about education and entrepreneurship and is instrumental in providing the funding and strategy support that is needed for EtiDhi to grow and flourish.

Rajib Bhattacharya

Rajib has over 20 years of global IT leadership experience spanning Operations Management, Consulting, Business Development, Sales, Strategic relations, Delivery and Entrepreneurship. He has defined and executed technology led transformations and customer experience improvement programs in Fortune 500 and other top global healthcare, telecom, investment banking, and technology companies.
